Nancy is an ASE Certified -Automotive Professional with over 25 years of experience across corporate and independent sectors. She has held key roles including Store Manager and Counter Sales Specialist and currently serves as General Manager at C&R Royal, overseeing human resources, team development, and customer service with a focus on excellence and efficiency.                                               Â
Spencer Stephens Operations Manager
Spencer is an ASE Certified- Parts Professional that has just as many years of experience as he does life. Raised in a parts store he has had the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and has made it his life. Since graduation from Fresno State he has stepped into the Operations Manager Position in which his duties include maintaining store and inter-store operations, overseeing the salesmen team, and running the pricing division.
